Forklift mast and carriage assemblies combine several steel sections with different structural and interface functions. Huaneng develops C-, J-, H-type, rectangular and other special-shaped profiles from customer drawings.
Mast Rail Profiles
Mast rails guide movement and form part of the fabricated lifting structure. Roller interfaces, straightness, web and flange geometry and joining features require clear drawing control.
Carriage and Guide Sections
Carriage bars and guide profiles may use J-type or other custom sections. The loaded surfaces and component interfaces should be separated from non-critical dimensions in the inspection plan.
Frame and Support Profiles
H-type, rectangular and custom sections can be reviewed for frame, support and reinforcement applications. The customer design determines the material and performance requirements.
Project Route
A typical project moves from drawing review to tooling assessment, sampling, dimensional verification and agreed production. Commercial terms are confirmed only after the technical scope is clear.
Information to Include in an RFQ
- 2D or 3D section drawing
- Steel grade and applicable standard
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Cut length and downstream processing
- Trial quantity, annual demand and destination
Send your drawing for a feasibility review. Material, tooling, inspection scope, minimum order quantity and lead time are confirmed after technical review.
