Founded in 2017, Changzhou Jintan Huaneng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. operates a manufacturing facility in Xuebu Town Industrial Park, Jintan District, Changzhou, Jiangsu.
Huaneng develops and manufactures custom structural steel profiles for automotive, construction machinery, logistics, railway and bridge applications. Integrated capabilities span profile development, steel production, downstream processing and component manufacturing.

Special-shaped steel production
Profiles can be produced with external dimensions up to 350 mm and tolerances down to ±0.3 mm, depending on geometry and the selected production process.
Forklift mast expertise
The portfolio includes 32 forklift mast profile varieties, with a typical new-product development cycle of 40–60 days.
Downstream processing
Cut-to-length, machining and component preparation support the supply of production-ready parts.
Quality assurance
Testing and Production Control
In-house testing equipment includes spectrometers, elemental analyzers, hydraulic test equipment, pendulum impact testers, hardness testers and coordinate measuring equipment.
Production control combines heat-by-heat inspection with annual third-party product testing. Material certificates, dimensional inspection records and acceptance criteria are aligned with the agreed project specifications.
