Founded in 2017, Changzhou Jintan Huaneng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. integrates steel profile production, custom profile development, downstream processing and component manufacturing.

Huaneng supplies special-shaped structural steel for forklift, automotive, construction machinery, logistics, railway and bridge applications, with engineering review based on customer drawings and project requirements.

Profiles can be produced with external dimensions up to 350 mm and dimensional tolerances down to ±0.3 mm, depending on profile geometry and the selected production process.

Downstream Processing

Yes. Huaneng reviews drawing-based special-shaped steel requirements. Please provide geometry, material grade, tolerances, length, annual quantity and application so manufacturability can be assessed.

Which forklift components are covered?

Huaneng supplies profiles for forklift masts, carriage bars, cross members, fork carriers, guide rails and other load-bearing structures.

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?

A dimensioned drawing, steel grade or equivalent standard, critical tolerances, cut length, estimated order or annual quantity, processing needs and destination are the most useful inputs.

What quality documents are available?

Material test certificates and inspection records can be provided as agreed for each project. Please include the required standard, document format, inspection scope and any third-party inspection requirements in your RFQ.
